Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. This is a hybrid role requiring a blend of on-site collaboration and remote work. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a proven ability to design, develop, and implement custom solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the full lifecycle of Salesforce development, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Apex: Demonstrated proficiency in Apex programming, including the ability to write efficient, well-documented, and testable code.
LWC: Expertise in building modern user interfaces using LWC (Lightning Web Components), ensuring responsiveness and optimal performance.
Visualforce: Solid understanding of Visualforce, including the ability to create custom pages and components.
Salesforce Application Development: Comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities, with a proven track record of developing custom applications.
Salesforce Configuration: Ability to configure Salesforce out-of-the-box features and customize the platform to meet specific business requirements.
Deployment and Release Management: Experience with deployment and release management processes, ensuring smooth and controlled deployments to production environments.
Automation: Ability to leverage Salesforce's automation tools, such as Process Builder and Flow, to streamline business processes.
Jira: Familiarity with Jira for issue tracking and project management.
Salesforce API: Strong understanding of Salesforce API and the ability to integrate Salesforce with other systems.

Experience Required: 10 - 20 years of experience in Salesforce development. This level of experience indicates a senior-level role requiring a high degree of autonomy, leadership, and the ability to mentor junior developers. The candidate should be able to handle complex projects and provide technical guidance to the team.
